Weigh-in will begin at 8am on each day The closing date for all entries is 24th February 2012

This year’s competition has an extra dimension in the addition of an Unequipped Bench Press competition.

 

Day 1 Saturday March 24th : Olympic Weightlifting Competition, Weigh in at 8am  (Beginner and Advanced categories)

Day 2 Sunday March 25th: Unequipped Bench Press Competition, Weigh in at 8am

 

Entries to either or both competitions are open until February 24th 2012 and are open to all 6th Form/College/University Students

 

NEW members to British Weight Lifting will receive a FREE membership through entry to the event.  Existing members should renew their membership for 2012 before logging in and registering for the event.
