Adam did 138kg snatch and 174kg C& J. Missed 140kg and 180kg which he hit on the 10/5/2016. Very close fight between him and Jacob Fast from Crystal Palace, it was what Adam needed to give him the gold.
Gold medal at the 2016 British senior championships for Shila Panjavi at 58kg by 74kg snatch and Clean & Jerk 101 kg. Missed 79kg in snatch and 12kg difference to second place
