What to expect in your first session at SFTF weightlifting club…
All newcomers will be given a brief introduction to the club facilities and rules.
Before attending the club, you must book on to a session via our timetable in the membership and fees section. Once you have selected the session, you will be directed to our team-up booking system where you will need to create an account in order to book a session.

Drop in session without coaching |
You are free to use the facilities as you wish following your own programme. No feedback will be given. |
Drop in session with coaching |
Feedback will be given whilst following coach programme. If you do not have a plan for the session, you will be given the basics to work on which include squats and deadlifts. |
Please note, in order to receive a programme, you will need to become a member and purchase a monthly membership.
Only group sessions are available on the timetable. If you are interested in one to one sessions, this will need to be discussed with coach.
