We pride ourselves on running a well-priced club.
What to expect in your first session at SFTF weightlifting club…
All newcomers will be given a brief introduction to the club facilities and rules.
Before attending the club, you must book on to a session via our contact page on the website or leave a message on 07958685884.
For details on the types of sessions available, please see below.
| Type of session
||£50 for two sessions to be introduced into Weightlifting. First session will consist of learning Snatch, and the second session you will be learning Clean and Jerk.
|Under 16 Membership
|| £30 per month, 2 sessions per week for the month. Any additional sessions in the same week after 2 has passed is an extra £5.
|Over 16 Membership
|| £60 per month, 2 sessions per week for the month. Any additional sessions in the same week after 2 has passed is an extra £8.
|Drop in session without coaching
||You are free to use the facilities as you wish following your own programme. No feedback will be given. £10 (Need to book the session in advance)
|Drop in session with coaching
Feedback will be given whilst following coach programme. If you do not have a plan for the session, you will be given the basics to work on which include squats and deadlifts. £20 (Need to book the session in advance)
Please note, in order to receive a programme, you will need to become a member and purchase a monthly membership.
