Results for British Under 20 & under 23

Saturday the 28th April, we sent 9 lifters up to Lilleshall National Sports Centre for the British Weightlifting Under 20 & U23 Championships.

compare to last year good improvement, better record and better result,

1-Nam Ahmadi in 62kg U20 :Silver

2-Shila Panjavi in 58kg U23 : Gold

3-Adam Mattiusi in 69kg U23: Gold

4-Sam Colgate in 85kg U23 : Gold,

5- Emily Cushion in 63kg U23: Silver

6- Poi Fakcha in 53kg U20: good fight but 4th

7- Noorin Gulam in 53kg U20- new personal best 5th

8-Alex Sehgal Unfortunately faild ,could got 5th to 6th place

9- Justin Oro Campos Unfortunately faild in snatch could got silver.

On 26th May Adam, Sam, Emily and Justin are going to compete in British senior ,which is going to be a big challenge.

• Emily Cushion: 63 kg under 23 GOLD

• Justin Oro-Campos: 105kg under 23 GOLD and strongest man in the competition

• Noorin Gulam: 53kg under 18 Silver

• Sabin Sunwar: 56kg under 18 Silver

• Sam Colgate: 85kg under 23 Silver

• Adam Mattiussi: 69kg under 23 Silver

• Gerard Lee: 77kg under 23 Bronze (just missed the silver by not jerk 115)

• Poi Fakcha: 53kg under 18 Bronze

• Kevin Yeung: 85KG 4th place

• Nam Ahmadi 62kg under 18 4th place

• Joy Soo Bubblii Kisuka 53kg under 18 4th place.
